Down in the Valley....

Given the current obsession with Eastern European models there's a tendency to assume that all the best models somehow have to come from Latvia or Romania. But there are plenty of beautiful girls native to the UK. Most people think of Wales as the home of Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey, but it has its share of blondes too!

I first spotted Ishbelle in the portfolio of young Welsh photographer Ryan Bater and was immediately interested to know which top London agency he'd found her at. When he told me she was currently unsigned I was a little surprised to say the least! However, I set up a test and here a few of the results - enjoy :)

20 Minutes with Kayt

With a bit of studio time to spare after one of our popular 1 to 1 tuition sessions the other day, Kayt Webster-Brown and I decided to see what we could shoot in 20 minutes.... As usual, Kayt was well on form and gave a tour-de-force demonstration of how to pose (nearly) implied with nothing but some moisturiser between her and the camera.

'Disorder' - W25 magazine
